There is no way of knowing that and it probably varies from year to year based on the president and the year and all the appearances the president must make (for example, election years probably put more miles on the car). Not to mention the fact that not only the president drives in the Presidential limos and there are more than one limo for the President.

President travels by helicopter and Air Force One a majority of the time - the limos don't get a lot of work and there are many of them that share the duty - my guess is less than 5,000 miles a year - if that.
