how is it immature when i found him at a motel so there fore i slashed the front. he hasnt been home for 2 days and he even missed work. i have never done anything like this or been in trouble with the law but when you scorn a woman you push her to the point of no return

Slashing your husband? Yes definitely.
Slashing your own tire, maybe not. Look up malice intent laws in your state. But what if your hubby drives the car, it has a slow air leak because of the cut... It blows out and he hits a a wall or worse hits someone else's car or kills someone else. Then your butt may be in the slammer for manslughter if they find you put the slash in the tire.

Yes you can and you are very immature to do such a thing. I assume you are splitting up and by slashing his tires kind of validates his reasons for wanting to leave you.

Well just off the hip I would say no trouble for slashing tires, but him could be considered attempted murder, unless he attacks you first
