It's a 93 Topaz. It also pulls to the right when I let go of the steering. Was told it needs a front-end alignment. Any thoughts?

My Mother has a 1995 Mercury Marquis. About two years ago, her windows and locks would no longer work. She has taken it back to the dealership about 3 times and each time they do something else, it works for a day or two and they charge her tons and tons of money. Now, her driver door window and locks work, but the other windows no longer go up or down. Help!!! What can be done? What can it be? I can't see her paying tons more money on this thing. I told her she needs to get a new car, but she really loves this car.

I purchased this car new in 99, it pinged from day one,mainly going up hills during hot weather ,the dealer where i bought this automobile from said its normal,,,but 7 years later it gets worse every year, and it does this most of time in any temperatures or conditions, i have tried different fuels,,nothing helps or changes,,any ideas here, other than bringing it in and having them charge me 500.00 for diagnois..???

car has a/c and is leaking coolant from the little drain hole just below the a/c line where it meets the firewall. i think the hole it's comeing out of is for condensation from the evaporator core to drip out. but sometimes coolant comes out of it. so i've had to stop takeing long trips with the car until i find out what it is or the cause.any ifno would be greatly appreciated.

my fluid has been overfilled and the only way in is thru the tube or to pull the pan(not an option). I tried a small plastic squeeze siphon but it wasn't strong enough to bring it up.
