depends on what they changed when they made it a Limo but most of them where in the left front fender, look on both side sometimes it's buried in there pretty good and it will look like a tiny air compressor with a black plastic can on it.

Should be under the air filter housing, remove it and remove the plastic cover under it. It will see it then.
