lots [same car as ford contor] v6 engine wiring harness has insulation falling off of the wires etc. these were very marginal cars at best

Call the dealer and give them the 17 digit Vin, I think there was the blower motor resistor recall on them.

As stated in other posts, there were NUMEROUS recalls on that particular model, too numerous to mention here.
