I drive a 1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee Loredo 4x4 and it started skipping so I changed all but one plug because it seemed to be cross threaded and I changed the wires. Now it seems as if it has not get up and go. I do not have any leaks and I am not low in transmission fluid or anything like that. Do you think that it could be time to change the transmission fluid and filter? What else could be causing this problem? Has anyone had a problem with the windows? The back driver's side window just stopped working and everything has been checked...it is not the switch and not the motor...any clue? My alarm system no longer seems to be working...could this be caused by a fuse? All my car problems seemed to have started around the same time. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

In reading forums on the web, it seems that brake pulsations due warped rotors are a constant problem for the 2001 JGC. I've had mine replaced twice and turned twice, and now I need it done again! All my previous repairs were by dealers, and after 4 times in 3 cities, I'm not inclined to go back to the OEM well again.

So, two requests for recommendations, please: (1) Has anyone had success in eliminating the problem with aftermarket parts for replacing the front brakes, and if so, who was the manufacturer (2) any reputable mechanic in LA (Burbank and Pasadena area preferred) to do the job? Thanks!

I have a 1997 Jeep Cherokee Sport and the "backup" lights don't turn on when I put the transmission in reverse. I heard there is a switch that controls this...my question is: where is this switch at and how do I get to it? Thanks!

I had a punctured rear tire on my all-wheel drive Jeep Cherokee. I only have money to replace the punctured tire, not all 4. Is this OK to do or can it cause problems or be dangerous?

Does anyone know the (average) mileage for a Jeep Liberty. I am looking for ballpark here. I want to buy one but I want to make sure I won't end up with something that gets 10 mpg. Thanks!
