Removing it was simple, but replacing it--- is not.

Is there any other bolts i need to loosen?
2005 Jeep Wrangler X 4.0L 6 cylinder ...

I had a cat's tail rip up the old belt...so somewhere there is an upset cat without a tail.....that should teach it never to sleep in ones engine ever again...

Also...I'D Rather not take it to a mechanic, when I could do it myself

Its really, really easy. If you look on the radiator plate (the top part of the radiator). There should be a outline of the pulley system the engine has. On there should be a pulley tensioner. If I remember correctly its like a 15mm bolt that you put your end wrench on and push down. This should loosten your belt system and you simply slide it off. If this is not correct it should be close. Look for something that is round (about 4 to 5 inches diameter). Don't pay to have this done, you can do it easily in 30 minutes or less. If you ever have any other jeep questions you can't resolve on yahoo, go to jeepsunlimited.com and post a question on that forum.

Good Luck
