I want it to take up the whole entire space, and not leave and space out so it fits in perfectly. Is it possible for this to happen, and if yes, can you recommend me to a good one that matches with the interior dash and is good?..

I dont want to put a single one in there cause I dont like that empty slot ontop or bottom of the aftermarket player.
this is what i want to put in will this work?

I know the saying 'if they want it bad enough they'll steal it no matter what you do' but I had a question. I plan on getting an overhead monitor for my tahoe somewhere around 13" and was wondering how hard it would be for someone to jump in and yank it out. I know there is also a bracket that you insert above your headliner that holds it in there...would it be safer to also put a long piece of sheet metal up there on the bracket as well so that if they do try to yank it out, they'll be pulling on a 3' piece of metal too?

450x2 kicker amp , 2ohm kicker solobaric, When I had them hooked up it would shut off all the time. I bought a JL audio 4 ohm speaker and it does great. Is there a way 2 hook up the 2ohm without it shuting off all the time? Or do i need a different amp 4 the 2ohm solobaric?

I personally do, but was wondering what the experience has been with others. I feel like with the sound coming only from the front it isn't as submersive. There isn't that feeling like tou are just surrounded by music, it sounds weak and incomplete to me. Apparently there are a lot of people out there that just don't like rear fill and I just have to ask, why? Another thing I have noticed that you can get from 6x9 coaxials that you cant from 6.5" components is more midbass. I know there are some crazy 6.5" midbass pumpin machines out there, but if your bass is coming from the trunk don't you think it's nice just to have a little thump of midbass between between you and your subs? I think it makes an excellent rolloff from your subs. If you don't care about SQ and you just love the sound of your subs drowning everything else out then you might be satisfied without rear speakers, but for me they really seem to add a very nice sound to my system.

And... your thoughts on this?

Hello,
Recently I purchased A Vibe Space SQ12 active subwoofer 1000W RMS 3000W Peak. My car stereo has a special subwoofer output. The problem is that when I connect the subwoofer to the subwoofer output it doesn't produce any sound but just vibrations which get stronger and stronger I push the volume up. If I connect the subwoofer to my front or rear speakers, there is music comming out of it but if I turn up the volume too high the whole system switches off as there have been some kind of overload. The system starts again after I turn the engine off and on again. My car stereo is a Pioneer Avic X1R 4 x 50W RMS.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
THank you in advance

My cars stereo was stolen before i bought the car and i need help figuring out which color wire goes to the front right etc. The stereo i bought to put in my car has all of its wires labeled, whether its negitive or positive and which speaker it goes too, but none of it colors matches the ones left in my car from the factory stereo. Is there a website that has the wiring diagram, or does anyone know which color goes to what?

I have a sub and an amp i want to be able to control the level of bass or the volumn of the sub. my amp doesnt have a jack (like a telephone jack) for on those those remote knobs. Do you think my best bet would be to get a knob that connect through the rca cables from the back of the radio to the amp?
