The rear door speakers in an Astro van are 6 3/4" 4-hole type. Just about any after-market 6 1/2" to 6 3/4" speaker will fit, but some may need an adapter. Also, the factory system uses a 10-ohm speaker, wired in parallel with a 10-ohm 4x6" speaker in the panels next to the rear doors. You can probably get away with leaving the factory 4x6" speakers in place when you replace the door speakers, but if you replace the 4x6" speakers with after-market 4-ohm speakers too, you'll be putting a 2-ohm load on the head unit or amplifier.

Edit: this information is for a Chevrolet Astro van in the US. If you're in the UK and asking about an Astravan, then it doesn't apply. I just re-read your question and realized you might be talking about a different vehicle.
