Its a great deal but it sounds fishy. The person selling the car is located in Sweden. I was checking out the Craiglist Purchase Protection Program is this thing for real?

I want to insure a 2000 jeep TJ Sport 4x4 6 cyl. It had 114000kms. But need to know the approx value of it.. I need this in "CANADIAN" funds.. Anyone know the price I should tell them? Or a site to go to to find out.. I checked by searching on the net But all I got was people selling their jeeps or dealers !!!!

I have signed a car contract with 1k non-refundable partial payment because the dealership has to located the car. We had an oral agreement that the car shouldn't exceed certain miles. When they call to tell me they located the car for me, they refuse to tell me how many miles on the car. At that point, I told them we had an agreement. The sales manager keep pressuring me to take the car, he was rude and unprofessional. At that point, I told him that I don't want the car anymore. I want to cancle the deal. We were arguing about the deposit. The next thing I know, he slammed the phone on me. I am not able to talk to anyone else at that dealership other than the rude sales manager. So, I called my credit card company and dispute the charge. At this point, I just want to know if anyone has any idea about the chances that I will get my money back from my credit card. I am planning on buying a 06 or 07 Toyota Camry during the Labor Day sale, I have a credit score above 700, if i put down payment of $3000, would I be able to get 0% APR with financing for 48 months? Is it better to finance with Toyota or credit unions? would i be able to get the promotion at any toyota dealer? Is there any more detail should be concern of? I've been looking at buying a used vehicle on credit,but i'm not having much luck.I've been on disability for about 10 or more years,so i really haven't made any major purchases in a while.I now have a part time job and i have paid off a lot of my old creditors.I keep getting turned down when i go to the dealership to buy a car.I have a few children,so you can understand i don't have a lot of money for a big down payment.What are my options?I prefer to deal with a legitimate car dealer and not these high apr dealers,that take advantage of people with bad credit,or low incomes.What are my reasonable options with my situation?

Bought an '05 Pontiac Vibe in Jan '05 using GMAC Smartbuy financing with a 48 month contract term. Want to turn it in now to purchase another vehicle (with cash). What are the implications/penalties involved, aside from the $250 disposal fee? Are we locked into contract until completion of 48 months? Any detail info would be appreciated!
