4th month of owning this truck. no warranty available when i purchased, and I still have 4 years to pay. It will cost 1500 to get it running right. I want to know if there is any protection or rights that fall under this category since its only been 4 months. Can the dealer be involved or finance company?

Ok so yesterday I got a call from a local car dealer and they told me that the car i had been waiting for was in.So long story short I bought a 2005 Ford Focus with 35000 miles on it,power everything(except seats),cd,air,4dr.They took a trade in on my car and gave 6200 for it.Which is way more than they should have as its a 95 ford escort with a ton of miles on it and some problems. My payment a month is 325 but i can refinace after a few months of paying it.I dont have alot of credit and I didnt need anyone to co sign.So did I get a good deal?My parents will be happy for me right?Im afaird to tell them about it even though Im almost 30 and living on my own with two jobs. Thanks for your help.

Do you remember those commercials that would be something like a woman in a room with a red car and she'd say no i want blue and the car would be blue? At the end of the commercial, it said "What you could only do in real life, you can now do at..." I don't remember the name of the website. It'd be so great if you remembered it.

Ok I am 22 yrs old. I have like a 630 credit score so its not that much..... I want to buy a no more than 15,000 car. I am going to put like 8,000 down payment. Is it better to lease or to get a loan? How can I get approved for one without a high interest rate? I will most likely be buying in in TN or KY if that makes any difference...

I recently was turned down for an auto loan due to poor credit & the lack of a credit history. The dealer I'm looking at only requires $500 down and then we figure out billing by my pay stubs, etc. I am unable to test drive the car though I am assured that it has been inspected. Also, there are a few scratches & scrapes in the car I'm looking at. Any ideas of how else I can go about getting a car and/or do you think this place I'm dealing with is a little too shady?? HELP!

I have a small collection of diecast Nascar collectible cars all in original packaging, from 1995/96 that I would like to find out the worth of. I went to a couple of websites and ebay but couldn't find anything for these older ones. I don't really want to buy a book. Can anyone help?

Description of site: Colorful pics of cars on left, & descriptions, modifications, & prices w/ contact info on the right. Well made site, very attractive and affordable, since hi-po parts dont hold value. "Please Help", think deep of remembering a website that fits this informative decription!.

The car was purchased new and out of state. They have not sent me the check for the taxes or the memorandem title. The state I live in will not transfer plates without the title. My 30 day tags expire in 2 days and the dealership has not sent a new 30 day tag even though I asked them to a week ago. What can I do?
