Since I hit the truck, but the truck hit the car infront of the truck. What does that leave me paying for?

I live in Chicagoland and along the tollways are poles with what appear to be solar panels attached to them. Usually the pole has 2 panels and if I had to guess, I'd say each is about 2 feet by 1 foot in size.

They don't seem to be near any signs and I haven't identified a pattern of how they are place (for example, they don't appear to be place every "x" miles).

What are they?

I have a 2002 Chevy Cavalier and I accidently had a dent put in the back, left car door. It's about 3 inches from the handle and overall about 10 inches in circumfrence. Can you buy a tool to "pop" it out with suction....or what else could I do to get the dent out?

OK, over the last few weeks I've done a careful study of bad drivers. People that tailgate, don't stop at stop signs, speed, reckless driving, pull out without looking, backup out of parking spaces without checking their rear view, etc. and about 1/2 the time, it's a Volvo driver....has anybody noticed the same thing, or am I going cuckoo?

Just out of curiositry, my mechanic is putting a Chevy 350 in my Jeep Wrangler and i was wondering what kind of gas mileage should i expect to get, i am running 32 inch tires. A Litle FYI my inline 6 got 10 MPG. it also has a new 4 barrel edelbrock carb, new high flow intake manifold K&N air filter and a free flowing exhaust and a R.V Cam
