Since I hit the truck, but the truck hit the car infront of the truck. What does that leave me paying for?

I take it you rear ended the first truck who ended up rear ending the guy in front of him. Well, sorry to break it to you, but sounds like you are at fault for both cars. I had the same thing happen to me in LA about 12 years ago. Now you just prepare for your premium to go up considerably, that is if your insurance company doesnt outright drop you entirely, meaning you'll now have to go elsewhere. Contact your insurance rep to see what will happen. If you dont have insurance, ugh, depending on what state you live in, you better prepare to get sued.

Either way I wish you the best of luck.

If you have insurance your insurance will cover both vehicles and yours since you hit the truck causing the truck to hit the car in front. Hopefully you have full coverage.

Its your lucky day!!! You pay for everything and every-bodies property damage and general liability (bodily injury) Actually, your insurance does. Since there is no deductible on property damage (under your general liability coverage)on most personal lines automobile policies. You probably wont have to pay anything for this line of coverage. If your car got damaged, however, you will have to pay the collision deductible to get your car fixed and will be charged with an accident. Take care and drive careful, remember, your not the only person this has happen to, including myself...Have a good day any way...

Unfortunately, you are responsible for both. Your insurance company would end up paying both parties if you went through them.
