What' a good price on Mustang GT/Deluxe or Premium ?

Yahoo price sites say that this car invoice is 2-3 K less than sticker. There has to be some "wiggle" room. My trade is getting 13K ,exactly what I know it's worth. The pressure tactics are working . Anybody bought an '06 GT ? What's fair ?
