Do you send in a 1040 and attach a schedule c? I hear you have to file schedule c every 3 months. So, do you send it with a 1040, or do you just send in a schedule c, or do you send all 4 of them at the beginning of next year with the 1040? Or none of the above?

I know you can claim on your taxes:your doctor's co-payment, gas, school, books, and I've even heard you can claim anything that has been bought for your pet such as food, or vet expenses. But can you claim in your taxes a repair that was done to your car. My car is leased and it has a few dents that need to be fixed. I was thinking of putting in on my credit card since I dont have the money and keeping the receipt. And then when I do my taxes claim it and get the money back to pay my credit card. Can that be done?

Lets see who contributes more percentage wise and which states screw the american worker more, you can be as detailed as you want.. I made $39,000 Gross in 2005, my net which is totaled after state and federal taxes, Medicare and Social Security I will never see, and any payments on health benefits package is $27,100, I got $600 in federal and $340 in state returns, I was in MN but Im in Wi now. Is this bad or what? I file as single male and claim 1 all year. Lets See, and be honest with numbers, I made less than $20,000 a year gross for many years and last year was my highest income ever, lets be accurate.

Mother passed in Sept 05 (she was 61) and I'm the beneficiary on her 401K accts. Trying to determine the best route to avoid paying high taxes. In the short term, I am looking at possibly using some monies from the accts to help fund a new business. I'm in my mid-30s. What are my options?, how soon do I need to act?, and what is the best route to avoid paying a bunch of taxes?
