There is a $150 refund, but since I only earned $3,000 all year, would I get a penalty if I filed it now? Would I even get my refund money while turning it in this late?

I am 17 and I do not like it when my job takes taxes away from my paycheck because it is usually between 20 and 40 dollars. I do not get tax returns, my parents do my taxes and I think that you don't get any money back if you don't make a certain amount of money in that year. Can you explain this whole ordeal because I need all of the money I work for to pay things off?

Hi, I am single, no kids, no house. I usually do standard deduction. However, I donated many clothes. Is it helpful if I file a itemized deduction for those donated clothes? What's the min amount to file a itemized deduction in order to get more refunds?

I've always marked 0 exemptions and get about $1000 back from federal at tax time. If I mark 1 how much more will I retain per check(I gross about $2700 a month and pay $375 in federal taxes a month). Will I have to pay come tax time? Which is better in the long run? What other factors are involved?

Any useful info relevant to my question is appreciated.

The item is an MP4 player. It costs $86, and shipping is $22.88 if that matters. I specifically would like to know for this item, but I am also interested in the import taxes on all electronics.

I made a mistake on my income tax return and I'm afraid I'm asking for an audit by filing an amended return. Don't get me wrong, filing the amended return is the right thing to do and I'm going to do it. I'm just afraid I'm going to get the audit smack down for doing it.
