Ex-spouse and $10,000 from 1997 back Fed. taxes?

I have an order for my ex to pay half the back taxes from 1997. She has yet to pay anything and I have almost paid them completely off. She filed bankruptcy 3 yrs ago. Can I still garnish her wages to uphold the order ?

Did you pay her portion? Or are you taking about you paying your half? It is between her and the I.R.S. If they "ordered and Judged and decreed" it is/was her responsibility.
