I've looked online but, all I get are other people's versions. There is no actual company that sells the form. I really need these forms in order to update my customer's information.

At my age I wanted to make sure that everything was taken care of prior to my death so I gave one of my sons my Mobile Home and moved into an apartment. Is it possible for me to receive credit for giving the mobile home away rather then selling it?

Call your Senator today and urge them to support a permanent end to the death tax.

Senator Bill Nelson - 202-224-5274

Ending the death tax is a matter of basic fairness. No one should be taxed twice and death should not be an excuse for the government to take your money away. Congress passed and the President signed death tax relief, but if nothing is done, the death tax returns at full force in 2010, resulting in a massive tax increase on family-owned small businesses. These same businesses often cannot survive into a second generation because of the death tax.

This is an issue that affects us all. Just do the math. Sixty-one percent of small business owners say that the death tax limits their growth - and small businesses create two out of every three of the new jobs in America. This Democrat obstruction threatens job creation. Call Senator Bill Nelson at 202-224-5274.

I think the total earnings for the year will be approx 20,000. for the year. I have five kids, but would probably claim 0 deductions. A web site with info would help too. I was thinking it might be 15-25%. But I really hope I'm wrong.

I am a contractor and offered a choice between hourly or salary-based by a contracting agency. I am being offer hourly as of now; but i can change it to salary. I used to get paid salary and per dieum. They usually split my paycheck (if it's slary) to half per diem and half salary. So if I get paid $10K per month; $5K would be my salary and the other $5K is per dieum.
There's no such thing as hourly. What is the best? I already bought a $28K car which I will use for this job.
Thanks.
