NO not income tax refund money because 1 you have not paid yet and 2 you have no earnings yet.
However if you received EITC (earned income credit) on last year's tax return and you have family related children as your dependents (you support them) this year, then advanced EITC could be available for you to receive for this tax year only. (ie...current tax year, 2006). Next years tax return would be tax year 2007 and the answer to that is a definite no.
good luck this happens all the time. Call 1 800 829 1040 to speak to a revenue agent.

Do you mean to say that you want to receive your income tax overpayment sooner? If that's what you meant, you can increase the number of allowances on your Form W-4 with your employer. For example, if you're currently claiming S-0, you could switch to S-1 and that will increase your take home pay by a small amount.
Also, if you're low income, you may qualify for the Advanced Earned Income credit.
In either case, make sure that you don't reduce your withholding by so much that you end up owing more than you can pay in April 2007, or worse yet, end up owing penalties because you're underwithheld.

change your w-4 so not as much is taken out. Course that means you don't get as much back. But there is no way to actually get money from the government.
