You can get a copy of prior years W-2 information form IRS.gov - Print Form 4506-T, Complete the form mark box# 8 and put the year ending in box #9.

How old is it? I think IRS should be able to provide you With a copy from their files. Also if you used an accountant for your tax return, he may have a copy of it.

If you won't or can't get them from your employer, the next step should be the IRS. They will have transcriptions of wages and Federal withholding, but not city or state withholding.
