You need to go to your Dept. of Revenue where you filed your state return. They can get you a copy.
To get your federal, you might find a local IRS office in your city. The IRS.gov web site has all the office locations, if you're unsure. You can also call 1-800-829-1040 or fill out form 4506T to get a transcript of your return, free.

NO ...call 1 800 829 1040 for federal amounts (while you wait) then ask them for help in finding the State phone number.

The IRS does not have your refund available online. Some states might.... I don't know. Did you have direct deposit... you could check your bank statements.
