I made a total of $6,726 in the year of 2006.
I claimed myself as a dependent, with no kids, and at the time I was living on my own. How much of the federal and state taxes can i expect back?

Employer's written refusal to provide corrected W-2 can do 2 bad things to me. Make me liable for tax problems by showing more income than I report (and that can be YEARS down the road). Also, as I now receive Social Security-it may give me problems by "false" reporting of income which may subject me to legal problems and/or overpayment. The 3 W-2 forms showed DIFFERENT amount of wages paid, so are not obviously duplicates.

I would like to know if a couple files jointly in the state of Georgia and one of the parties doesn't claim income received for a certain year and receives notification from the IRS, who is responsible for paying the money owed? Is it the person that files first, the person that didn't claim the money received or the primary person listed on the tax return?

Have income from 2004 of about 5000 from ebay. NOT A SIGLE RECORD OR RECORD KEEPING showing what was a complete loss, how much was actually net profit versus gross profit, business expenses, etc. The account has been long closed and deleted from ebay. Also, the Paypal account has been long closed as well. Where will I ever start?

I just filed my 2005 taxes and sent them in by mail on 2-13-07.
I had prepared all previous years with Turbotax and filed electronically. Except for last year. I want to file my 2006 but it was rejected because of wrong AGI. Should I use the AGI from the last one I filed electronically ? which was 2004 which I have in my records is that the AGI I should use as my last electronic signature for my e-filing ?

I've received my W-2 form from my old job, but i haven't received anything to do with the unemployment tax-related stuff yet. I need to know if I have to include this in my 2006 taxes, since I filed it around December 10th, BUT, I didn't receive any unemployment benefits until January 8th. Or would I need to just wait and include it in my 2007 taxes in a year? any help is highly appreciated.

I used turbo tax this year and i normally pay a tax person. I got about 1500.00 more of a return this year using turbotax and my income was about the same as last year but this year i have deductions and last year i didn't. I am wondering if this sounds right? I just don't want to get too much back and end up owing next year too much.
