Ok, I owed $200 on my taxes for 2005. I didn't turn in my payment, and it's almost been a year to date. Does anyone know what the interest rate is? Is it 6%? Per month, per week, per day?

Would like an answer. . .and yes I know, a foolish thing for me to do. But I'm trying to resolve it. . .

Are there any other people who have found a way to beat the system and never pay income tax.

The government has tried to find a way to tax me but all have failed.
I earn thousands of dollars a month and they still can not find a way to get a cent of it.

so are there any other free people out there enjoying the good life too?

1) Will he have to pay any taxes on that money? (I think the answer is no, but just making sure.)

2) Will that money count against his AGI thereby making it more difficult to open, say, a Roth IRA? (Again, I think the answer is no.)

Thanks in advance.

The federal government prints money. They pay off the debt with it. Printing money inflates the money supply. The value of the dollar goes down, savings devaluate as do investments.
Doesnt this mean that Inflation is a TAX?
