How can I sue the government for taxing me for years and years for Area 51 facility that they claim doesn't exist. Although the Nevada area is fenced in, patroled and have orders to kill invaders that cross the line and gain access into the facility that doesn't exist. Although my tax dollars have been enabling the fenced in land, building of buildings, employee salaries, experimenting, equipment and a host of many other costs for something the government denies exist. How do I sue the government for my back taxes paid for something that doesn't exist?

Optional Information:
citrus heights, California

Why are we getting ripped off from this tax?

It's taken out of my check every paycheck and it's quite a bit too. I don't get any of that money back when I file for my taxes. I feel ripped off from the government.

the federal income tax is unconstitutional because its a direct unaportiond tax all direct taxes have to be aportioned to be legal base on the constitution secondly the required number of states in order to ratifiy the amendment to allow the income tax was never meet and this has even been sited on modern court cases

other annuities and STILL collect Social Security is fair? Should these double dippers have their assets looked at and them not be collecting Social Security (ok Presidential Candidates, choke on that question because that would make all of you ineligible for SocSec!)

I just got my first job, as a cashier, about a week ago. I haven't gotten my first check yet,so is it too late to change the single and 1 thing to single and 0? What's the difference? I didn't really know what to put at the time, so I just put single and one, but my mom says I should have put single and 0? Why?

I am a full time student, I'm 18, and I am going to a community college. I paid with a money order. I am on my parents health insurance, live in their house.
I work about 33 hours a week and so much of the money is going to taxes. on my earing statement I am paying for

federal income tax
socail security tax
medicare tax
MA State income tax

I know I have to pay for these automatically

through my gross pay is my Federal taxable wages.
Could I be able to get any tax exemptions/deductions on each paycheck?

are there any ways which when I file for taxes I can get a large sum of money back for the reason I go to school and am a full time student?

I know it's way past due, but I'm sending in my Form 1040 along with the $150 dollars I owe them, but I'm sure there is a penalty added but I don't know how much to send for that. How do I figure out what amount they're gonna charge me for being late or do I just send in what I have and expect a bill from them?

My husband and I seperated in Aug of last year and we now live in different states, he is on the west coast, I am on the east. I was caring for my sick mother and didn't work for the year of '06, but we were married 8 years and we always filed our taxes as married. Well he filed our taxes in 2007 as normal, but I never signed them b/c he never mailed them to me, like he said he would in an e mail he sent to me earler in the year. I didn't even start thinking about it until recently, and I think I am entitled to part of the tax refund. And I think he forged my signature on them or had someone do it for him. What can I do? I called him and he said he didnt forge my sig, but he did file, and he hasnt got a refund yet. IDK, this sounds weird to me. I think he is lying and pocketed all the refund b/c he is mad I left him. Is there anything I can/should do, or just forget it? Thanks

Legally speaking, If you hire someone, like a freind or neighbor, to watch you child during the work week at their own home, who is responsible for reporting taxes and do you have to pay them minimum wage?

I know live in nannies require min wage and the employer reports/withholds taxes and that daycares can charge their own fee and take care of the tax reporting. This situation seem to be in the middle to me.
