Totally false.
First off, the 16th Amendment provides for the levy of income taxes without apportionment.
Second, the 16th Amendment received MORE ratification votes than needed for the number of states in the union at the time it was ratified.
The legality of the income tax has been cited in THOUSANDS of modern court cases. Any fool who says otherwise is a liar, clueless, or an idiot. Hopefully YOU are none of the above.
BTW, you've posted similar questions multiple times. The law hasn't changed since the first time you posted this idiocy several days ago. Let it go, OK? The idiots who claim that income taxes are illegal are just that: IDIOTS!

All those fruitcake arguments have been argued in court cases and all have been shot down and extra penalties get added to proponent's tax bills for maintaining frivolous suits. Unless the Supreme Court has been wrong since 1913--and they are the ones who determine if they are right or wrong--you gotta pay up.

THINGS I DIDN'T KNOW UNTIL I SAW THEM ON THE INTERNET:
Nobody ever really landed on the moon - it was a giant hoax. What you saw on TV was filmed in Utah.
Elvis is still alive, and performing marriage ceremonies in Las Vegas.
It is unconstitutional for the government to tax your wages (income tax), and most of what we think of as income isn't really income anyway.
Excuse me now....I just won 2 million pounds in the online UK lottery when my email was randomly selected, and I have to go answer the email.....

Or to answer your question more directly, no it's not true.

it true!
but wait...dont not pay your income taxes.
the income tax is one of those funny occurrences that is generally accepted because it was generally accepted.
what i mean by that is that when the masses started paying income tax it just felt like it was the "right" thing to do. remember, the masses almost never read, almost never go to college, almost never graduate from high school, almost always pay too much for things, etc. Now, no matter how educated you may be you have to pay because it is the accepted norm.
example if I sell cars for $25,000 to dumb people and i only have 100 cars. i will never sell to smart people. smart people will only want to give me a reasonable amount, say $12,000 for that car. but since there are 120 dumb people out there who want these cars i will have no problem selling them. so the smart person, even though they have done their homework and know the car is not worth it will have to give me $25,000 to drive that nice little car off my lot.
taxes, same thing. since the masses pay them or go to jail if they dont. smart people have to pay or be subject to equal treatment.
sorry for the rambling and poor explanation but its late and I'm a bad writer anyway.
