How can I sue the government for taxing me for years and years for Area 51 facility that they claim doesn't exist. Although the Nevada area is fenced in, patroled and have orders to kill invaders that cross the line and gain access into the facility that doesn't exist. Although my tax dollars have been enabling the fenced in land, building of buildings, employee salaries, experimenting, equipment and a host of many other costs for something the government denies exist. How do I sue the government for my back taxes paid for something that doesn't exist?

Optional Information:
citrus heights, California

Actual tax dollar amount funneled into Area 51 operations would numb-boggle the mind, true. However, I have blind faith the projects being developed there are to protect America, its citizens and our soldiers.

UFOs from the Kaialian Galaxy DO NOT exist there.

Deaths happen with ANY war. But compared to Vietnam, our current tragic US soldier death toll is by far much less than if we were left to use Vietnam era war equipment; much of today's war material came from Area 51....and the best IS on the way, very soon.

True: Area 51 at one time did shrug off government environmental laws, placing its ultra-secret staff in harm's way. But President Clinton (who Area 51 SHOULD have listened to) "tipped" them by partially and openly admitting the covert base's existence.

True: Area 51 was SUCCESSFULLY sued by a very bright and diligent lawyer---who fought for the rights of workers there, whose lives were cut by neglience by Area 51.

He proved there were bright minds who logically could literally peer right in Area 51.....and pick out what was being worked on. THAT got their Area 51 top brass attentions too....and so payments to surviving Area 51 staff family were made.

And the analytical eggheads currently are mum about what they figured out is going on at Area 51. What they figured out--and continue to each day--costs Area 51.

This is not something the government will consent to be sued for. You will be laughed out of court if you try.

You have no right to sue the government for that. In fact, you don't have a right to sue the government at all! For anything!
