Has anyone went through an inventors submission corp or anything like that to get their invention seen? If so was in helpful or did they just waist your time? I have 2 great ideas and YES i researched...researched... and researched some more and found nothing similar to my ideas/inventions. So whats the next step for me im soooo confused. I have read, do this do that but no straight answer what is the next step. I have no PROTOTYPE/S but i have sketches and everything is writen in detail of how it works and what its for. What next? How does a simple person like me with no understanding of how this process works get it down. If a celebrity or a person who lives in high society wanted to do what i want they would have already done it because the have unlimited "RESOURCES" and thats said thats why the rich get richer! So PLEASE in Laymen Terms for God sakes what do i do next? Straight up answers people thanks for your help.

I would like to open a non-profit organization, but I don't have a clue on how to do it. I have an excellent idea that would help the homeless, runaways, men and woman that are being abuse, low-income families and much more. Can any one explain to me what is the first step in starting a non- profit organization in the state of Florida.

I am posting my request anywhere I feel I might receive an answer. I have an invention. I have a proto type and a investor. I am starting to work on looking for a manufacturer to produce my shoe line. If anyone works in or knows of a shoe manufacturer in Northern Illinois,Southern Wisconsin or in Georgia which is where my investor is then please contact me. I am looking to start production within the next month or so. This is not a joke. If you have a company name I will be contacting them soon to schedule a face to face meeting to discuss the design and process and make it happen. I look forward to hearing about possible companies in my area and how we can work together to make this idea come alive!

I have done the books for my husbands small business and sorted out the tax myself but now due to the need for a loan we need to get an accountant. Husband has been self employed for just 13 months so the first tax was easy as it was only 4 months. How much on average do they charge and do the books have to be up to date or can they sift through mountains of receipts?

One thing for sure you want to avoid at any cost the company Brazilmovers and brazilmovers.com they are a bunch of thieves and in any developed country they will not be allowed to operate. they act as if they have offices all over the country but in reality there are 2 secretaries that try to run the show for MIKE the so called ghost owner. Ana Paula his accomplice does a good job at snake oil sales. Avoid them at any coast and if by accident you need to deal with BRAZILMOVERS or BRAZILMOVERS.COM ask up front about expenses and request written quotes and keep your emails from them. What a nasty experience !!
They use delay tactics to charge you for all kind of expenses avoid them at any cost

I have a small clothing shop and two saleswomen. Because the opening hour is long so I divided it into two shifts and one for each. But because I have an attractive commision plan based on their sales, the girl in the morning shift would rather stay in the shop after her shift and work in the other's. Although they take the morning shift alternately, one still works more (and possibly sales more) than the other. Now the girl who works less (but still more than required) feels unfair and believes the other girl steals her business. Although as the shop owner I'd like to see this competation but the conflict will hurt the business in the long term. So is there any way to still keep their enthusiasm but turn the conflict into a not malignant one? Many thanks.

Wal-mart has located itself just out of town now no one visits the downtown area, most small businesses have gone under.

Kids leave just out of high school and never return.

OK so my husband and I have this online website that we started for our company and this is what we have so far. We have over 3,000 items and are trying to get them on our website. We doin this site ourselves with the help of our customer service support but would really appreciate feedback. We can't understand why we've had almost 1,000 people come and check out our website in like 2 weeks and have had such little revenue. Is it the prices? Is it the site? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

With family businesses, it is difficult to determine profitability since the expenses include car payments, etc. Can I use traditional valuations methods here (DCF) or do I go with a multiple of revenue?

The business in question is a services business. So imagine15-20 major clients that appear fairly stable. Figure 3-4 employees to run the business. Let's also say I believe I could double revenue in a year (but obviously am keeping that info to myself)
