I'm a WAHM and I make and sell beaded jewelry.

I have set up a sort of website using my 360 page ( http://360.yahoo.com/noggin_mama ) but I really need something better-but still free (or super super cheap!)

It would be nice to have a shorter web address, too. How do you geta web address like
www. TPPTStore .com ??

If you check out my page you will have more of an idea what I need. It's hard to explain.

If there was a way for them to buy things without having to email me that would help too I think.

The jewelry is selling like hot cakes but I'm just not happy with the site.

Any suggestions?

I owned this new franchise restaurant last week. I have total of five employees and one manager. All employees including manager are immidiate family. Manager is aunt and four employees are her niece.
With that said, they all look out for each other all the time and do not listen to me. They take smoking breaks every 10 minutes, they stay on cell phone all the time. I also bet they are stealing money. Should I go ahead and fire all of them at the spot? OR should I play it cool at the moment and wait till I hire new employees to back me up? Because if I am going to fire them now, I won't have anyone else to work for me. What should I do?

A home building contractor presently subcontracts concrete work. The average cost for the purchased concrete work at a new home is $2,100. For $29,000 per year, the building contractor can lease equipment (concrete pumper truck etc) and do the work himself. He will spend $1,600 to train some of his crew. If he does the concrete work in-house, his labor and materials costs will average about $1,400 per new house he pours a driveway in.

The break even point for this problem is 44 when rounded up. How can I draw and fully label the break-even graph for the first year?

I'm trying to open my own business selling candles (not your ordinary "fill-up-the-bookshelf" kind) but the most popular ones w/ a matching body wash, body cream/lotion and body mist, trendy fashions that everyone in this little town has to travel about 1 hour to go shopping for, and I'm going to start out finding old straight back chairs at yard sales & distress them. I've been rolling this business name around in my head for about 6 years and others but I still keep thinking about this one. I really need some feedback on this.

What is the best way to recruit top sales people? I have a small consulting firm with about 30 people and we are looking to grow our sales team with experienced sales executives that can grow our business. Our customer base is made up of Pharmaceutical and Financial firms in the Mid-Atlantic area.

We have tried the typical advertising venues like Monster, Dice, Carreer Builder, etc. with very limited success. We are also pushing our professional network but haven't really turned up anyone.

We are looking for a couple people that can break us in to new accounts.

Any thoughts?

I have a small technology consulting business with about 30 people. I have a tough time valuing Marketing help but I know we need it. I've read articles about some independent Marketing folks that work remotely to develop Marketing programs.

I've seen too many cases where colleagues have spent tens of thousands of dollars only to get NOTHING in return but a fluffy marketing document. I need to implement something that produces results effectively.

So, how do I find someone GOOD that can help us?
How do I determine their effectiveness before hiring them?
Is there a place on the web to go to to find the right type of Marketing firm/person?

Thanks!
