I just became treasurer of a small non profit and did not realize I would be responsible for sending out w2s. No one in the organization can help. What is the procedure or where can I get specific info. I have found a lot of general stuff but no specifics. Thanks.

Well, they are late first of all. W-2s are required to be issued by January 31st (or 30 days after a business closes) every year. Contact me through email here and I will be glad to give you some guidance if I can. Although no longer in payroll, I have over 12 years experience with W2s and corrections.
