I want to apply for my business logo to be trademarked however my logo has the business name in it? Do I need to apply for each seperate or can the be just one?

It's going to depend on how you use it. If you use the logo & name together at all times, you can choose to file them together. If you use them separately, you may want to think about filing them separately.
