it just means that someone used a credit card number that they were not suppose to,,,, it doesnt mean you did anything wrong,,,, either someone got ahold of that persons card,, or else their card #,,,,, it could be a stranger or a family member of the owner of the card,,,,, fortunatley they found out about it,,,,, and they most likely contacted their credit card company, who then contacted paypal..... or if the payment was made from some other type account , the same thing happened
hopefully you had not sent them the item,,,,, so you dont have to do anything about this, they will sort it out,,,,,, if you did already send them the item or service,,,,,, you would have to find out who did it, to recoup your loss
