I'm starting up a wholesale company and wondering what is the average expected percentage profit from selling wholesale.
Example: If I purchase a lot of shirts for $100 to resell, how much does the average wholesaler mark the price up in order to cover all their fees, shipping and make a profit? 20% ($120), 30% ($130), 50% ($150)???

Well I've always loved kids so Idecided about 3 years ago to start a daycare. I also liked giving massages, doing hair, nails and such So I've decided to to start a Spa. However, I do not know exactly where to start and what exactly I need to do. I'm 20 years old currently and I want to have my buisnesses up and running by the time I am 25. I want to plan it out for at least 3 years and have it running within the last two. So I guess you could say this is step one of many for a while. I'm a health provider and work for someone else as an associate in their office. The office is requesting that since insurance payment checks are made out in my name, that I put my name on the bank account so they can deposit them. That part is ok. My question is what kind of liability do I incur by having my name on their business account? If they do anything questionable with the account or go bankrupt, does that affect me or my credit?

I am planning to start school this summer and I need to work also. I thought about cleaning houses a few days a week. I am married and can only make so much money to still be qualified for finanical aid. I was thinking if I cleaned house I could do it under the table and not have to file it on taxes. I need some advise from people that do this for a living. I need to know what chores you do at the houses? Do you supply the cleaning products or do you make the person supply their own? How do you decide how much to charge? And any other advise.

I got started with a network marketing group lately but everyone I try to add to my downline has no ambition beyond working a 9 to 5. They don't want to change their comfort level. How do you sell the idea of residual income with little work?

I live on a farm in Britain which my dad/uncle run it and my grandparents did before them we farm sheep and chickens it is a small family business.
We have received a bill for thousands of pounds from the government in order to get a license to run a business we’ve been running for about 40 years without a license but no they didn't stop there they also gave us with enough paperwork to cause my parents to stop working for 3 days ,this paperwork required detailed maps of the farm but not one map loads of maps and we were to have seven copies of each map. It also required a decommissioning plan and geology map (why?) it also didn’t help the government informed us about all this about a month late. The bill was required by the EU to stop farms polluting they never took into account the fact our farm also has 11 wind turbines producing green energy and this unlike Britain, France are absorbing the fee and other countries are reducing it.
When I go into the supermarket I see more and more foreign foods its almost as if the government wants us (farms) to fail.
