I am looking at starting a business in a small community in Oklahoma where tattooing was just legalized last November. I am in search of a good tattoo artist to become my business partner. I design really cool jewelry that is kind of biker oriented and I would like to open a shop where I could sell my stuff. Also, I am considering becoming a dealer for a clothing line I just found that would be of great interest to the same type of clientelle. I thought it would be cool to include a tattoo parlor in this store since these would all be of interest to the same crowd of people. I just need to know if there are any tattoo artists in Oklahoma who would be interested in becoming my business partner in this endeavor. I am in the Northwest part of Oklahoma. Anyone interested or know someone....or any tips on how to get started?

I'm building an online store front for a client who is selling a number of office and educational supplies (i.e. pens, pencils, crayons, rulers, glue, etc..). Rather than taking a ton of photos, manipulating, cropping etc.., I'd like to find where sites like Amazon, Wal-Mart, OfficeMax etcetera obtain their images from. Do they have internal teams that photograph and modify the images? Do vendors (i.e. Crayola) provide images? How would I get my hands on those? Since I'm looking for specific item images I would think the vendor would have those, but I don't know how I'd track them down.

Do you think there is money to be made here? Examples would be to make movies of pics {weddings, b-days, etc.} or simple transfering of slides/vhs to dvd, complete with menus and songs and such. i did a "memorial" dvd at my fathers funeral with his pics of his life....everyone loved it and i was wondering what you people think....is this a good way to earn some extra cash? big enough demand/market? serious replys will be greatly appreciated! thanks all.

If a Delaware corporation owns an aircraft which is registered with the FAA, what might be the ramifications if such corportation were to disolve for lack of payment of fees to state of Delaware ($60) and registered agent ($95). Note that FAA related mail comes to the aircraft owner's address rather than the Deleware registered agent address.

My husband and I was wanted to start on online business. (And no it's not a porn website!) We would offer a serve online but charge people a monthly membership fee for using the website. We have already purchased a web domain name. I know that we need to talk with someone about creating a webpage for us but no one in our area does a real good job. (If you now of someone in the western N.C. area let me know) I know that we will have to set up something to accept credit card payments. I think a web designer can help us with that. But besides that I don't know what else we need to do. Do we need some kind of business license for this? I would like to hear from someone that can tell me how to go about this. Also the idea that we have has not been done before sure we talk to someone about getting it pat. so no one can steal our idea. Please help!

I am planning to start school this summer and I need to work also. I thought about cleaning houses (hopefully 6 houses) 2 days a week. I am married and can only make so much money to still be qualified for finanical aid. I was thinking if I cleaned house I could do it under the table and not have to file it on taxes. I need some advise from people that do this for a living. I need to know what chores you do at the houses? Do you supply the cleaning products or do you make the person supply their own? How do you decide how much to charge? I do live in a small town. And any other advise that might help me along the way.

I am looking for flea market ideas that will do well. I don't want to do the garage sale type items, or anything that will involve a large sum of money up front. I am thinking of body jewelry and airbrush tattoos and airbrush t-shirts. I am wondering though, how hard it is to do. I am not in the least bit artistic, so I am looking for advice and would appreciate any that you can give me. Thanks in advance.
