I'm confused are you going to jail or do you think you will go to jail if you shut down your business due to the debts?

IF YOUR BUSINESS HAVE YOU GOING TO JAIL, THE BEST THING TO DO IS SHUT DOWN. If your going to jail has nothing to do with the business, There are THOUSANDS of managers that will operate your business. On line or not, just advertise to find these managers. They can build your business until you can take control again.
When MARTA STEWART went to jail her managers took over, remember?

Does your going to jail have anything to do with your business?
If not, finding someone to run your business while you are in jail should not prove too difficult. Then you can simply take back over when you are released.

Clarification is needed here.
You opened your own business 6 months ago.. something about debt (which is normal for a business).. something about not shutting down..
I'd like to help, I am a small business owner, but I need you to clarify what you are asking.

Tighten your belt, my friend; if you want to get out of debt you're in for a tight budget. Do you have friends or family who can help you (if not lending money, at least help with management, etc)?
Pay off your highest debts first- they won't get any better. Also, see if you can find a free credit counseling firm.

They don't have debtors jail. Unless you have scammed people, just close up. You may have to file bankruptcy.
