I'm in a business management class and we are to create a basic contract for a small business. The instructor was not specific at all and I'm not sure what to do or where to start. Anyone know a site that might have examples of what a contract looks like or even know how to start one? I'm so lost. Please help!!

I am your average kid wanting to earn some money by selling stuff. I was thinking about selling candy becuase my friends at school are candy monsters but I'm not sure because a few days ago it was Halloween and they probably don't want to spend their money on candy when they can just eat their own from trick-or-treating. I was also thinking about selling earrings because I make earrings and people always like them and ask where I got them. Should I sell earrings or candy? And if you think those are bad ideas, what are yours?

but when i went to the UPS site and typed in the "from" address and "to" address and everything, it said that it shud be 1 business day.
but see how it says (3-7 business days)??
i dont get that...
