Am thinking of putting a deli business, and I was wondering of how much money you need?

You probably need a reason why you chose that business and then a business Plan. The numbers fall in to place afterwards.

I would check with the SBA to find out if you are eligible for any loans. Sometimes they will help you at that and find out if you can get an angel investor in case the bank won't help you. It will be expensive to get up and running but if you have good food you will be able to pay the money back in no time.
