I bought something on Ebay but the person sent back to me the money oder that was to pay for the item. The item he was to send to me was stolen and so he send back the money oder that was addressed to him

I know I want to start this business, but I have absolutely no money. I was thinking of just starting with my name, and not yet registrating with the county until I had made some money to cover the cost of the name and taxes and insurance. I should be "legal" within three to six months. Is this okay to do or will I be reprimanded? Will I have to pay back taxes for the company? It is a consultation/service company dealing in Real Estate.

i have a small grooming business and all my paper work has been done by hand . i just got a computer and i need a sofware program that is easy to use and user friendly . to where i only have to bring it up and type a clients name or phone number or dogs name and it will bring up a file on them telling us dogs name , how it was clipped ,what dollar amount is charged .

I have few patents and I want to start a small business based on one of these patents. Banks require collateral and/or equity which I do not have. Can the patents be used as equity since Patenting is expensive and cost me tens of thousands of dollars.

We are currently having a problem on how are we going to upload our inventory initial data on our SAP System? We had tried using CATT command however the system says that CATT can't be used to upload the inventory because we are using SAP version 4.7.

Hello, recently my dad has been interested in doing some online business. He is mainly interested in wholesale dropshippers. I have searched a bit for him. And I have found these 2 sites that seem to worth a try. However, I would like some opinions on them (on the realibility). Your opinions are greately appreciated. Thank you very much :)

Or is it better to simply use a service like Yahoo Small Business or similar service to start up an online store? I have rudimentary html writing skill but not much more, but I don't want a "cookie cutter" site. I'd like it to resemble a newsletter or magazine splash page, possibly with an RSS feed area (blog), but I don't have experience with formatting using html or anything else (XML is after my time, and I only know RSS because it is mentioned so often w/regard to blog technology.)
