I know I want to start this business, but I have absolutely no money. I was thinking of just starting with my name, and not yet registrating withthe county until I had made some money to cover the cost of the name and taxes and insurance. I should be "legal" within three to six months. Is this okay to do or will I be reprimanded? Will I have to pay back taxes for the company? It is a consultation/service company sealing in Real Estate.

I wouldn't risk it since you'll likely be involved w/ legal docs.

If you were doing nails or hair weaves, it might not matter. But, you and your business will be doing lots of stuff that must be done just right, will pass in front of municiple/county/state government, and hundreds of thousands of dollars will be at stake.

It's critical to do it right. You don't want to be liable for something like that.
