For around the same price, you can use the following:

1. Excel Spreadsheet (Cheapest)
2. ACT (Easy to use Customer relationship software)
3. Quickbooks (also does Accounting and can help with customer relationship through its notes etc.)
4. Web based simple web application that you can access from anywhere ($551.00 only custom designed for you)

Quick books is a great small business program.
You will have to spend some time getting it set up but once you get your information into it you can move it all over and do all soert of thing with it.
As you add new info it puts it all over and you can do graphs and charts and customer lists and things with it.
You can add customers by name and have all their info on like a crad there is a spot of other info like pets names and how clipped and such.
It can be customeized to fit almost any business.

Quickbooks Simple Start would be good, basic program for you to use..If you find later on that you need more user options like merchant services, client/customer mgr, etc., you can always add them.

Money, quicken, quickbooks, or any other 'invoicing' program can help you with what you're looking for. You may also use a PIM or msft Outlook or a simple database that you may build on your own. Or simply a spreadsheet...
Pick the one you feel more comfortable with.

I strongly agree to Sanjax. A good answer.

Control your store o business real comfortable before you move to next step to know better and better your buss and your movements, probably don't need all options, it depends on you
