Debt removed 12 years ago. Not 2 or 3. In CA the limit is 2 years. My lawyer says just tell them they are in violation of the law and to go away. What do you say? If you have no experience in this, please just keep your "opinion" to yourself. I am looking for real experts here. Thanks very much.

I am doing marketing research for a project at school, and would like some good information and links on the target market of customers for a local bookstore. I would like demographics of a typical bookstore customer, such as age, education leve, income etc. I have no money to spend, so free, but accurate info is what I need. I am basically looking for info that could help write a business plan for a bookstore to open in my area.

My credit is not that great and I need some help financially, getting my small business off the ground. $1500 max, not much just enough for start up costs, and day to day living while I am building clients. I am starting my own Home Cleaning and Organizing business, something that seems very simple but I am extremely good at what I do. Iam just stuck in a hole financially and I can't seem to get out.

im trying to find ways to make money in my spare time, aside from the 6 hours spent at school mon-fri for the next 3 yrs. so i found a site that sugested makeing greeting cards. i will prob find someone else to help me, and we will split the proffits...mostly someone to just help a lil with teh writing ideas. i will do most of the work on computers, and other than that, i need sugestions. on anything else. what paper to use, where to get it, what ink to use, where i can find envelopes for greeting cards, etc. anything you think i might need to know.

shipping via ocean freight forwarders- we are buying from multiple vendors. How do we arrange for the shipping agent to pick up if we are buying from different vendors? should we see if the shipping agent can pick up from multile locations?

we do nt know exact weight, how many boxes,etc until we make our purcahses. any advice on how to go about doing this?
if you have ever done this before- how did you do it?

I already have an established business I would like to change a few word in the business to more accuretly reflect what we do. We are now Sunset Pools & Spas LLC. We would like to be able to advertise and have signage under " Sunset Spas & Leisure" . Will I have to change every legal document I have I.e Bank Account Names, Merchant Service, Lease Documents etc? Or can customer's still write checks to the LLC?
