Oooh, depending upon the location - a quilt/antique/craft shop where you could offer selling space to artisans to sell their wares. You could either rent space or sell items on consignment - that way you wouldn't need to invest in a lot of merchandise and would have a fantastic background/ambiance for such vintage and handworked items.

MAKE IT INTO A CLUB,OR MAKE IT A TWO STORY CLUB, AND THE UP STAIRES INTO A STRIP CLUB THE DOWN STAIRES A DANCE CLUB YOU'LL MAKE A LOT OF MONEY!!!!!!!
