Does anyone know how PT companies are paid by insurance. Is it X amount per visit, or per hour or what? My wife is a PT and would like to open one in the next five years and was wondering if anyone had any insight on this matter. If you do own one, what is your opinion of owning your own practice vs working for someone else or a hospital? Is the money that much better and is it worth the extra headaches? Thank you very much in advance.

I would love to start my own business. I've been doing my own research and asking my business owning friends about little stuff.

What do I need in terms of legal stuff and money?

How much should I have to start off a small vehicle maintanence shop? What do I need in terms of legality with California? Fictiotious name? Resale license? Tax license?? INVENTORY!? $$$ FOR INVENTORY!?!? $$$ FOR PROPERTY!?

Also, how do property billing/rent paying all work? I would like all the odds and ends and understand basically how to make it all work. Thanks for reading this you guys.

I have around $700 to flop with and I've been looking at goods made in China, but nothing seems to catch my eye. I've considered mp3 players, t-shirts, etc...but im still confused. I have an eBay seller's account and a paypal account so I'm good to go, I just have to purchase some cheap stuff, and then sell it to people who want to pay more than what I bought for it!

My wife is German, and I'm in the Army. She wants to go back to Germany to live. I told her I would go with her to live. I'm keeping my American citizenship and I'm wanting to set my online business up no matter what. Can I still use my State laws where I am born and raised for more than 20 years of my life to run it under that state as far as information goes even though I'm living in Germany or do I have to go by German laws. Also, my German isn't that good either that's why I'm wanting to set up information in my home state laws. Is there any information I can get on this subject too? Any websites, e-mails, phone numbers, or addresses anything would be suffice for me right now. Thank you.

The thing is that I have the flower shop in Miami, Florida. And we get most of our florists by word of mouth. Because of some changes in the business, we have lost some florists. I have been looking everywhere looking to find quality florists, but no luck. Is there perhaps a website that I can post info on and will get noticed?
