The thing is that I have the flower shop in Miami, Florida. And we get most of our florists by word of mouth. Because of some changes in the business, we have lost some florists. I have been looking everywhere looking to find quality florists, but no luck. Is there perhaps a website that I can post info on and will get noticed? I was hoping to do this at cost effectively as possible. Thank you very much.

Check out local companies to post with. Most people will shop their neighborhood before the big guys.

The State of Florida website has a section devoted to jobs and employment:
http://www.stateofflorida.com/Portal/DesktopDefault.aspx?tabid=10

You may try posting there under their employer section.

Hope this helps!
