I am a white male with a permanent physical disability living in the state of Virginia. I started my own business only a short time ago. Someone suggested that my business may be classified as minority owned and as such may be eligible for special loans or grants. I have two questions. 1. I decided i would like to work at home because im a stay at home mom and i want to do somthing on my downtime. Im interested in a job from home where i can make things(candles,jewlery ect.) Since it took a few months to rid the place of the coke heads, and none of the fellow employees ratted them out, profits are at a minus, They each owe me four grand.Should I start taking it out of their wages? I mean if it were the other way around, they would want their money from me.

It would not be fair to let her out of this duty as the chores are rotated between employees in making it more fair. She complains so loud customers can sometimes overhear her, I have asked her to tone down, but I cannot be there ALL the time. It upsets and bothers her fellow employees, Other than this chore, she basically likes her job as a whole, Do you think it is improper to duct tape her mouth shut that hour she performs that chore a couple days a week?
