Forming a Nevada LLC is very easy. There are no forms. You simply fill out the order form on the Nevada Secretary of State web page. The Nevada LLC also has great advantage. There is no Nevada state tax and the Articles of Organization include a Nevada State business license, which will come may be necessary when bidding for state contracts. Nevada has no expedite fees. Filing takes place the same day you order. You have your new LLC in just minutes.

There are several ways to go about setting up your Nevada LLC including using an attorney, a corporate service company, or self-filing.
If your business is complicated and will carry much legal risk based on the nature of your business, it is probably best to consult with an attorney. There may be some special provisions you'd want to include when forming your company. In this case, a corporation may be more beneficial. If you go this route, look into the S-Election for tax benefits as well.
However, assuming your company is not some high-risk business specialty, then probably the most efficient and cost-effective way is to use a corporate service company to file your LLC. These companies can prepare your filing, get it submitted and processed by the State faster, and assist in any related matters. I used a company CRS (www.crslink.com) to do mine, check out their website. Very reasonable fees, and they do it all the time. I think it was $50 + State fees.
You could also self-file. That is prepare the forms yourself and submit to the state. I hear that this method works for some, but that many people not familiar with the process get their paperwork rejected and end up spending more time and money than using someone that is familiar with the process.
Also, you should note that if you are not physically located in Nevada and you are starting a Nevada LLC, then you will be required by law to appoint a registered agent to accept service of process. There are many companies that do this and the prices vary. I found Registered Agent Solutions to be the best for this service.
Also, you can go to Registered Agent Solutions website to search their forms library. It has all the state forms you need to start your company, should you decide to do it yourself.
Good luck!
