It would not be fair to let her out of this duty as the chores are rotated between employees in making it more fair. She complains so loud customers can sometimes overhear her, I have asked her to tone down, but I cannot be there ALL the time. It upsets and bothers her fellow employees, Other than this chore, she basically likes her job as a whole, Do you think it is improper to duct tape her mouth shut that hour she performs that chore a couple days a week?

Lol, no you can't duct tape her mouth shut. I also don't think you should let her get out of doing the job because then other employees may get the wrong idea and start complaining so that they can get out of things too. I think you really need to tell her that she has to stop because she is bothering customers and let her know that if she doesn't there will be consequences.

Catholicism got here first. The word 'Catholic' potential 'conventional', 'which incorporate all Christians or all of Western Church'. Catholics have been the 1st Christians. Roman Catholic Church (in Vatican) is the 1st valid Christian Church. Catholicism got here from Judaism and by potential of advert 394 Christianity grew to become the valid faith of the Roman empire. this is after the Reformation in the process the sixteen th century that Roman Catholicism chop up and had 2 different branches - Protestantism and Orthodoxy . Roman Catholicism, Protestanism and Orthodoxy are the three considerable branches or denominations of Christianity. those 3 considerable branches and a few 'different' Christians are mutually easy as Christianity. So in case you're a Catholic which potential you're a Christian. once you introduce your self this is extra handy for others to appreciate and extra gentle for you once you're saying ' i'm a Christian' or 'i'm a Christian - Catholic' than 'i'm a Catholic'.

I assume this is a serious question... duct tape is not the answer.. give the employee a chance to correct this improper behaviour and if she does not ...terminate her

casually joke around one day saying that a customer complained about how she acts. Maybe she will realize that her loud mouth is being heard by customers. Maybe you should try talking to a manager or someone high up in your department who could talk to her. She needs to be told straight up that she needs to tone down her talk at work.

Either fire her, or take her off the side and ask her how important her job is to her.that possiblly she would be happier somewhere else. If she needs this job badly enough she will shut her mouth.this is not discrimination when no one can get their job done comfortably during the time she is whinning.

yes,it is illegal to duct tape her mouth shut. Just don't make her do the chore, reassign her to another chore she likes better. What exactly are you forcing her to do that she finds so dislikable.?

Tell her she "CHOSE" to be here. If she is unhappy she is more than happy to move on to something that suits her.

Tell her to grow up & stop taking her temper tamtrums or don't let the door hit her in the a** !!

Sorry, but unless you are holding her there against her will, she is bringing negitivity to YOUR business.

I think that if she doesn't like part of her job, she can either shut her mouth and suffer through it or find a new job. With 4.6% unemployment, there is no excuse for anyone to be in a job they don't enjoy, and similarly no excuse for you to continue to employ a whiner.

I think you Aurthur too much "power" to your employees before, and she think she is too important in company. my colleague's do the same. She image that our boss give her CEO or director right. In fact is not... basically she is manally dis-control. You start to check her detail did her get any illegal profit without your approval. And consider to keep her or move her to other position ( which not involve and money and company management)
