Please don't say it's been withdrawn......that is obvious. Under what circumstances does a listing become "withdrawn"?

I am very naive and will believe almost anything anybody tells me, so please help me out here. If I can avoid it, I don't wanna spend thousands of dollars for a unit that might be lacking a bathroom and a kitchen. Thanks.

I lost my job last month and it took me awhile to find another, I am now working, but the problem is I am behind on the rent. It is going to take about a month before I get a normal paycheck, I gave the guy $ 200.00, 25% of the rent at the first of the month which covered the first week of rent, I am going to give him another $100 tomarrow it would of been $200.00, but I started the job 1 week later than I was told I would so I couldn't give $200.00. I am a barber so I am paying the rent with my tips, I will be able to pay this man eventually once my paychecks are comming in, but I think he might be trying to evict me behind my back. I don't want the Sheriff showing up at my door telling me I have to get out now. I have 3 dogs and 1 cat so I can't just go anywhere in fact that is the only reason I live there is because of my animals. If this happens this man will have all my money and I wont' have any money to find another place to live, and I wont leave my animals they are my kids.

It is true, I have a house for sale here appraised at 335K I am going into an assisted living and must sell it. 5 bedrooms 4.5 baths 3800 sq ft, best offer takes it, the link to the website on the free college is www.oberlin.k12.oh.us/ocscholarship.htm
I would take 285K for the house with appraisal and pics on request. Would give you about 55K in equity. Is there any other place that offers a free college education if your child attends high school there? I believe this is very unique. Oberlin College is rated number #8 by Us News and World Report as a liberal arts college. I think there are 2 other universities in the US that offer this program. Tuition at Oberlin College is about 35K per year! Anyone else know something about these partnership programs in other areas?

want a 2nd home
I make $2400.00/month after taxes and $28,800 per year after taxes
medium credit score is @564
my wife makes 12,288/year after taxes
together we make $40,288/year after taxes
our yearly expenses are $19,200
after that we have about $21,088 extra/year
I want to purchase a house listing at $79,900 (7.5%, 30 yr fixed) $10,000 down.
can I get the rest financed? I just guessed the 7.5 % because it is kind of high and my credit score is low.

What would my actual income have to be ? Foget about other debts, assume this was my only payment besides a modest car payment.

And approximately what would my monthly payments be using an average interest rate these days, not including taxes an all that stuff. Just an average.

I had my home appraised for purposes of refinance and the appraisal came back at less than half of the current market value. But the assesor made note that there were no repairs needed and the house was in tact.

I found the water in the unfinished basement, day after a heavy rain. Some water was near a window and found a puddle in the middle of the basebement floor near no windows. A carpet was completely wet in this region.

I was diagnosised with cancer in April of this year and have to undergo to different surgeries thus causing me to lose my income. Due to the excessive medical bills we are currently behind on our mortage payments and are facing a possible foreclosure. Is there anyway to keep our home and be able to get our payments back on track? We are finally getting back on track but still cannot make the back payments. We are still living on my husbands income alone. Help!!! I have no idea what to do or where to go for assistance. We have 3 children and do not want to lose our home.
