I'm going through a divorce and have exchanged copies of our bank statements. An extortionate amount of money has been spent with a few different companies but he won't tell me who they are and the names are very ambiguous. I've reason to believe it's strip clubs and prostitutes.

It's not a joint bank account so how can I find out who they are? Companies House and Google have shed no light on them either.

Any suggestions?

If someone can help me get this to work I'll be able to know how much money I'll have on me on any day of the year. I'm putting all my bills for the year on the Bills sheet, and I'll list their amounts by their due dates (or how much and when I intend to pay) on a dated column on the current sheet (called Money). And I'll contrast that by the money I'll have incoming. It will be perfect with this formula. Thanks!

K2 = the cell for which the result of the formula will be in

A2 = date on the sheet
Bills!B30 = amount due
Bills!B31 = amount paid
Bills!B32 = date due
Bills!B33 = date paid

if "Bills!B33" is Blank then
if A2 = Bills!B32
if Bills!B31 is blank then
let the amount displayed in K2 equal Bills!B30
else
let the amount displayed in K2 equal Bills!B31
end if
end if
else
if A2 = Bills!B33
if Bills!B31 is blank then
let the amount displayed in K2 equal Bills!B30
else
let the amount displayed in K2 equal Bills!B31
end if
end if
end if

I am considering the idea of consolidating some debts with Ocean Finance or First plus. Has anyone ever taken out a consolidation loan with any of these companies?. I am considering it as I have too many outgoings coming out from my wages. By doing this, I will be able to sort my finances out.

I have a lot of stuff I need to sell. I'm downsizing and I have everything from furniture to art to tons of junk, junk, and junk. Lots of electronics, clothes, household items. But even some of the junk is worth money, I just can't get through it all. I don't know which will bring in more cash, an estate sale or using a ebay company which takes about 30%.

Paypal has a great interest rate on its money market account and I'm thinking of transfering my savings from ING to paypal for this purpose. Paypal is not FDIC insured. Should I really be worried about it not being insured?

I want to roll my 401k over into a traditional, and eventually into a roth (I am going back to school and will do the roth rollover during a year where my income is very small). The problem is that I am in two really good funds that are closed to new investments; thus I want to roll over AND stay in those funds.

Ok, well it is known that in my company if you work over 40 hours in one week, then you receive overtime pay. However, I just heard that it changed, and that you only receive overtime if you work more than 8 hours in a day. If you work 12 hours in one day, then 4 of those are overtime hours, even if you don't end up working 40 hours in that week.

Well, my question is..this week I worked about 63 hours. Is it the same overtime pay if the policy is either 1) anything over 40 hours a wk is overtime or 2)anything over 8hrs a day, even if not a 40hr week ?

I am confusing myself to death trying to figure out this problem which I am sure you will all answer so easily.

I've sold something on ebay and usually when ever i sell something i usually sent an invoice... This time the person who bought the product used "buy it now" service and paid with their credit card.. So when i went to ebay to see if i sold anything i saw that it says that waiting for paypal payment.. There is a link where you can see click here to see the pay pal payment details; whenever i click it , it takes me to a 'page not found ' page.. So i gave two days for the transaction to go through.. And now i received a letter from pay pal saying that if i dont cash in by jan first week my sale would be cancelled.. And they gave me a link in the mail... But whenever i click it ; it takes me straight to that page not found b.s... And i am freaking out coz i did make a good sale... I even upgraded my account to premier hoping that would help but it didn't... SO pleaseeeeee helpppppppppp

So my last car payment is due this month and with all the late fees I racked up it is almost $1500, which I do not have, I called and tried to put it on my moms credit card, with her permission, but they could not do it over the phone and the nearest bank to me that has my car payment is three hours. My bank said the only way they could pull money from the credit card into my bank account was if it was a Visa, which it is not. I was turned down for a loan, and my mother does not want something else on her debt income ratio right now. Is there anything else that I can do to pay it with my credit card?

I'm a college student. I managed to get transfered to a college mid-term closer to home. My parents have been very ill lately and I need to get there. They're financially strapped and unable to help me very much to make my move. I'm trying my best to get out there, but to be honest, I assumed they'd be able to help me more then they can. Since I can't go back and change things I have to find a way to move myself and a few boxes over 1200 miles. I attended NYCU so I let my license expire. I've asked some old friends but they are unable to make the trip so close to the holidays. Any suggestions please? Money and time are a factor. Thankyou in advance.

I'm 16, so I can't get a debit card through a bank because i'm not old enough to have an account.

I just got a job, and when I get paid I don't want to be carrying around all the money and have it get stolen. It has before.

I'm looking for a card that doesn't have percentage fees or annual/monthly fees or anything like that.
Also, I don't wanna have to pay five bucks to add money to the card either.

Anyone know of a good card that meets at least most of my needs?
