Having no money and no job the quickest way to stop the phone calls is to take jobs day shift and swing shift working 7 days a week and cancel your phone service.
Next time have an emergency fund as a server jobs should be quick to find if you are any good. Maybe you can deliver pizza until you find a job and get out of debt. You should be getting unemployment send them that money.

Let me see if I understand: you spent money that wasn't yours, and now the money's owner wants it back, and you can't pay it back...
Tell the person on the phone what the deal is. You don't have a job, and you have no money. Tell them you'd like them to work out a payment plan with you.
Go get a job. Actually, as much money as you owe, go get two jobs. You don't get to eat fast food (pack a lunch), you don't get to buy a new iPod, you don't get to go clothes shopping - you're working to earn the money to pay off the money you owe.
It's going to suck for a while. Once you're out of debt, think long and hard about it before you ever borrow another dime.

well you clearly can't pay the current bill , you will have to figure some things out here .
maybe see a credit consultant or accountant to try and come up with a financial plan .
but also finding a new job maybe should be a priority as well , then you'd have money again .

Try to find another job ASAP and start sending in the minimum payment in on these credit cards until you have enough to put more on them...Your credit will be shot if you don't.....maybe you could sell some of the items that you purchased with that $20,000. That will give you some money temporarily to start paying.

You need to have TWO jobs, with one paycheck going solely to the CC debt. If you aren't willing to do that, you are screwed. What will actually happen is the debt will be sold to a collection agency, probably already has from what it sounds like, and they will negotiate a lower dollar figure with you, but you have to talk to them and work it out. You can't just ignore the issue or you will be screwed forever.

Write them a letter telling them to contact you only in writing and not by phone. That solves only the annoying call problem. You will still owe the money.

just settle for less than what is owed, it will take like 3 months and then they will negotiate a new amount owed. Usually it is about 40% of what the total amount owed is.
After this happens, eat a burrito.

Change your habits spending, and get them under control.
Consolidate your debts under one roof for a lower % rate.
The bank does this.
Get an appointment with them and discuss.
This will save you thousands of dollars.
(Oh and make a SERIOUS effort to change your spending habits)
PS- Did I mention to change your spending habits?
