I am trying to figure out how much pension I might get from the government when I retire in 4 years from now at age 65. Is there a formula to calculate or is it a fix amount?

I am in a somewhat unique position.
I am 36 years old, and I have 1.2m in my IRA.
I know that this is a problem that alot of people would like to have, but it presents me with an interesting delimma.

Because it is a substantial percentage of my net worth, I would like to find out if there are any ways to get to the money with less penalty (get the most out possible). I would like to make my life "simpler" by paying off my mortgage (I'm getting ready to start a family).

I am fundraising for my local preschool to get em some IT equipment and anything else they may need and I have just seen someone (for their own purposes not fundraising) asking people to donate anything from 1p to £1 via paypal. If you can spare a penny you can help make a difference to these little kiddies education. (I am holding an auction night to) this isnt the only way Im trying but I thought why not give it a go if someone is trying it for their selfish reasons.
The school is haylands preschool on portland in dorset, and their website is www.haylandspreschool.co.uk and their charity number is 106030/0. Please spare a penny or maybe more if you have it!!!
thank you if you do
If you wish to donate contact me for paypal address of where to send donations
thanks again

I live in Canada and was wondering if when you buy something from amazon.com is there brokerage fees, or does the seller pay them like they usually do on ebay. the reason I ask this is because The last 2 times I ordered something online, I got burned with 30 dollar brokerage fees. Christmas is coming up and I want to order stuff from amazon and I don't want to pay more than I would pay in a normal store due to brokerage fees.

I've heard cases about when the bank takes over, sometimes the tenant gets money from the bank for moving expenses, security deposit, etc. It sounds too good to be true, but it comes from a reliable source. Does anyone know any details about something like this?

I bought a hoodie from someone on Ebay and it wasn't my size. I emailed them (after I put a dispute against them) and they told me I would get a refund. I have waited over a month for my refund and still haven't received it. I've emailed them several threatening emails about how I will turn them in, but I haven't heard anything from them in the past few weeks. Can someone tell me what I can do? Can I turn them into the authorities? I need help. I really need my money, of almost 30 dollars, by christmas because i'm running short of money. I really need your help.
Thanks!

I purchased a home 18 mos. ago. I financed using ma's credit-mine is BAD, my $- I believe income undisclosed. Loan under ma's name- deed states we are joint tenants w/right of survivorship or something like that. I have an 80/20 loan w/rates of 12.5 and 8%. I've made all pmts with my ckg acct, had 2 late pmts <20days ea. on the larger loan.
I live in cook county, il, my taxes went up 138% (sr exempt prev yr) I will be slammed with the taxes for last yr + proj taxes for nxt yr on Jan 1-my lg mtg will double! I don't want to lose my home, what options do I have? Mom turned 65 in Feb this yr. I am on disability from work rt now, but sufficient income to make pmt before increase. Can the loans be combined or something w/lower interest? What about this PMI thing when do they stop charging it? PLEASE HELP!

I was engaged and he cheated on me. Now I need some advice. I bought a house last August. The house and all bills are in my name only. His (ex-fi's) dad did give us money to help with a downpayment, (about 6k) but he signed one of those gift forms, saying that it was a gift to me (FI never mentioned)., and that it was a gift with no strings attached and that it is not expected that I pay him back. We had to submit this form to the mortgage broker. The monthly payment is taken out of a joint account. (I think I am going to change this and have it taken out of a account that only I have). Does fi have any right to the house, because everything is only in my name? I am 100% sure that his name is not on anything. He has very bad credit. He thinks he has rights, I of course say no because his name is not on anything. I am not sure if anyone was ever in a situatioon like this. We are NOT married, and each of us made deposits into this joint account to pay all HH bills, as well as any bills FI had (his carpayment, student loans) Whle I kept a different account to pay my bills (CC, cell phone ect).

I dont think that the property is considered marital property, because we are not married, and in my state there is no common law marriage. I view what he has paid toward the bills, as his rent and living expenses (his rent was more then what is had paid toward the mortgage). Additioanlly, he has some anger issues and have done some damage to the house- drywall holes and dents, also he has broken a door frame, while busting it open becuase I liked myself in the bedroom to get away from him. I would guess the dame he did will cost at least 4k to fix (have to repaint walls, and get a new door frame).

If he would have rights, does that mean that he has to still pay all bills? My though proscess is that because my name is on everything he has the right to pick up and leave at anytime, and I would have no right to go after him for utilities or "rent". Give your honest opinions, I live in Pa, if that helps.

My dog chewed up a twenty dollar bill, and some ones. Will I be able to take the pieces I recovered to the bank to get new bills? (Most of the chewed up bills are left; they are pretty much just ripped in half and crumpled.)
